Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of nightmuse.ai (“Nightmuse”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Operator name, enskild firma], [Business address], Sweden. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

Nightmuse contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view such material where you live, to use the site. By using Nightmuse you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to verify your age where the law requires it.

2. What Nightmuse is

Nightmuse is an entertainment service where you chat with AI-generated characters. All characters, their names, images and stories are fictional and depict adults aged 18 or older. Replies are generated automatically by software. They are not written by real people, are not professional advice, and may be inaccurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by emailing support@nightmuse.ai.

4. Rules of use

You agree not to use Nightmuse to:

• request, create or describe any sexual content involving minors, or characters who appear to be or are described as under 18;
• depict or name real, identifiable people, or create sexual content about them;
• request content involving non-consent, incest, bestiality or extreme violence;
• break any law, harass anyone, or try to bypass our safety filters, limits or security;
• copy, scrape or resell the service or its content.

Messages are checked automatically and blocked messages are logged. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the law allows, and report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Token packs are one-time purchases. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor whose terms also apply. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

6. Content and intellectual property

The site, the characters and all generated images belong to us or our licensors. You may use generated content for your own private, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of the messages you write and give us permission to process them in order to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nightmuse available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, characters or prices. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site before they take effect.

8. Liability

Nightmuse is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
