All characters are fictional adults

Every character, image and story on Nightmuse is generated by artificial intelligence. No real person is depicted, and no photographs or videos of real people are used. All characters are written and depicted as adults aged 23 or older, and every published image is reviewed by a person before it goes live.

18 U.S.C. 2257

Because Nightmuse contains no images of real, living people, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 do not apply to its content. The operator of this site is [Operator name, enskild firma], [Business address], Sweden.

Zero tolerance for minors

We do not allow any content that involves, or appears to involve, anyone under 18. Characters are never presented as minors, and requests for such content are blocked automatically and logged. Accounts that try to create it are closed and may be reported to the authorities.

No real people, no uploads

Users cannot upload photos, and Nightmuse does not offer face-swap, “undress” or similar features. Requests that name real, identifiable people are blocked.

Report content

If you see anything on Nightmuse that you believe breaks these rules or the law, email support@nightmuse.ai with the word “Report” in the subject. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our rules.
